Hello and thank you for viewing our listing. 1950s Original Coca-Cola Westinghouse 42 Coke Coin-op Vending Machine. Beginning in 1956 when Coca-Cola changed its paint schemes, the new 42s were painted in a two-tone scheme. The body of the machine was red with a white top. In addition, the door embossing was eliminated and the Coke slogan on the side was no longer embossed but painted. Antique Refinishing Services Mentioned that these Westinghouse soda machines were most popular during the 1930's until the 1950's. The company primarily made large, chest type machines. This upright machine is more obscure than their other designs, and wasn't very common in the 60s when it was made, making it a hard-to-find piece now. This particular model is one of the few that have embossed letters of "Here's a Coke for you" on the sides of the machine.
The unit measures at 54" height x 25" width x 20 depth. Buyers will be responsible for additional costs. We are Back In The Day Classics ; Southern Californias premier Collector Car, Memorabilia and Antique Dealership.
