Here's a gem that I've owned since the 70's - From my adult owned collection is an Upstate New York Barn find from Oneonta, N. A Rare ALL ORIGINAL VINTAGE COCA-COLA BOTTLE CARRIER Yellow & Red 6 Pack WWII ERA Wood Crate with all 6 GREEN GLASS bottles INCLUDED. Original condition as acquired - bottles show some surface wear and 2 of 6 the bottles have chipped mouths as shown. Over 70 year old pieces that display beautifully. A perfect accent and conversation piece.

Ultra Rare Original rope handle! One of the best, brightly colored and clearly screen printed ones that I have see over the years. Wear is commensurate with the age of this piece but overall very nice!

Uncleaned and original - some dirt can be found inside bottles and on crate as found and as shown. A beginning wood split adorns one side and adds greatly to the patina. Please see all pics as they are part of the description. These wood crates replaced the metal case as the metal was needed for the war effort.

Coca-Cola is known the world over because of its familiar red script logo and of course, its distinctive green glass bottle. The reason for the original Coke bottle's green hue has nothing to do with product planning.

Apparently, the coloration was simply the result of minerals present in sand from Putnam County. The shape of the bottle is an interesting tale all its own.
